For those of you who don't already know it, Dick Alley is in the hospital
with a very serious head injury suffered in a fall in his kitchen. Dick is
our NAFTS vice president and he and Maria were our hosts at the San Antonio
reunion in 2004. Please keep Dick and Marcia in your prayers. If
you do not have a prayer of your own please feel free to use this one if it
meets your needs.
"O God, the strength of the weak and injured, aid to those who watch and
wait, and comfort to all: mercifully accept our prayers on behalf of
Dick and Marcia. Grant to them the help of your power, that Dick's
injury may be turned to health, and our cares for them to joy, by the
strength of Your Holy Name. Amen "

Dick’s Alley will be having surgery next Wednesday, August 31st, to
repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Marcia asks for your thoughts and

The following email on Dick's condition was received by NAFTS President,
Rodger Dana from Roy Romo:
Ahoy Rodger,
Visited with Dick this morning and he looks great. He is in the ICU for
now but will be moved to a private room sometime tomorrow. Everything
went as scheduled and no complications. Will report as time goes by.
